Scope of Work: Project consisted of interior demolition and build out of existing spaces in the Village Hall to include new offices, administration, kitchen, restrooms, and board room. Troop was the General Contractor and provided onsite supervision, quality control management, and project management. Additionally, Troop self‐performed carpentry and labor (18% of total project labor cost). Due to our performance on the base contract, the owner issued Troop a follow‐along change order to convert the existing courtroom to a Village board room.
