Eric is an experienced commercial carpenter of 22 years.  He supervises all jobsite activities including construction, quality control, and safety.  He is trained in Construction Quality Management and holds numerous construction safety certifications; CUBS FAN.

ANGIE
ESTIMATING  COORDINATOR 
OFFICE MANAGER

Oversees office operations, manages administrative tasks, and ensures smooth communication across departments. Supports the estimating team, managing bid documentation, tracking project opportunities, and coordinating proposal submissions, SOX FAN.
 
Never dull with three dogs at home—a loyal Pit, a goofy Boxer/Pit mix, and a smart/quick little Weiner mutt running the show

PROJECT MANAGER

SUPERINTENDENT ​

Supervises all jobsite activities including construction, quality control, and safety. Has over 25 years' experience as a field superintendent. He is trained in Construction Quality Management and holds numerous construction safety certifications, SOX FAN.

MEGAN
CONTROLLER

Coordinates all accounts receivable and accounts payable.  SOX FAN.

LISA
PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

Has a bachelor's degree of The Fine Arts in Interior Design from Harrington College of Design.  Has a background in Interior Design & Estimating. Manages all day-to-day office activities on projects and marketing; CUBS FAN.

Gets bossed around at home by an energetic goofball Airedale Terrier and a sassy blue tabby cat.

Drawn to the construction industry due to its fast-paced environment and opportunities for growth. She oversees all facets of construction projects from estimating and pre-construction through post-construction, CUBS FAN

​Home life involves12 furry paws, 2 giants (Bernese Mountain Poodle mix) and 1 pint size Frenchy.

Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Managment from Purdue Calumet. He has been a Field Superintendent over seeing Federal Construction Projects since 2008; SOX FAN.

Originally from the deep south, she comes from a construction-oriented family.  She holds a bachelor's in business administration. Manages all day-to-day office activities on projects.

Bentley McBoo the cat has owned Julia since the beginning of the pandemic.
