Eric is an experienced commercial carpenter of 22 years.  He supervises all jobsite activities including construction, quality control, and safety.  He is trained in Construction Quality Management and holds numerous construction safety certifications; CUBS FAN.

ESTIMATING  COORDINATOR 
OFFICE MANAGER

Manages all day-to-day office activities and coordinates bidding; SOX FAN.

Pets at home: one beefy wiener dog, one Lab Dobby mix, two Scooby Do-type beasts.

SUPERINTENDENT ​

Supervises all jobsite activities including construction, quality control, and safety. Has over 25 years' experience as a field superintendent. He is trained in Construction Quality Management and holds numerous construction safety certifications, SOX FAN.

CONTROLLER

Coordinates all accounts receivable and accounts payable.  SOX FAN.

LISA
PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

Has a bachelor's degree of The Fine Arts in Interior Design from Harrington College of Design.  Has a background in Interior Design & Estimating. Manages all day-to-day office activities on projects and marketing; CUBS FAN.

Gets bossed around at home by an energetic goofball Airedale Terrier and a sassy blue tabby cat.

SUPERINTENDENT

Supervises all jobsite activities including construction, quality control, and safety. Prior to Troop, Steve was an 18-yr Union Carpenter along plus many years in construction management as an estimator, project manager, and superintendent. He is trained in Construction Quality Management and holds numerous construction safety certifications; CUBS FAN.

Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Managment from Purdue Calumet. He has been a Field Superintendent over seeing Federal Construction Projects since 2008; SOX FAN.

Originally from the deep south, she comes from a construction-oriented family.  She holds a bachelors in business administration. Manages all day-to-day office activities on projects.

Bentley McBoo the cat has owned Julia since the beginning of the pandemic.

ASST. PROJECT MANAGER

Sinai is currently a construction management student at Purdue University Northwest, studying Construction Engineering and Management Technolgies (CEMT.) He assists the Project Managers in all facets of construction projects from estimating and pre-construction through post-construction, SOX FAN

At home has a smooth criminal, orange Tabby Cat.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

George has been a Project Manager/Director and Chief Estimator in commercial construction in the Chicagoland Area and other major US markets since 1989. His specialty is the preconstruction sequence from initial conception and budgeting through to final implementation.
