Scope of Work: 

Design‐Bid‐Build project consisting of renovation of existing entries at two high schools during the summer of 2014.  Work included selective demolition, new security desks and booths, new flooring, exterior glazing, masonry, carpentry, aluminum and hollow metal windows, ceilings , plumbing, HVAC (including new radiant ceiling heat), electrical, and other associated trade work.

Troop was the General Contractor and provided onsite supervision, quality control management, and project management.
