Scope of Work: 

This Design/Build project consisted of interior renovation of 3000 SF existing storage space into a luxury lounge/ bar and area for 2 high‐tech full‐size interactive golf simulators to provide new amenities for members.

Troop provided preconstruction services which included: design and constructability reviews, scheduling, budget estimating, and value engineering.

As design/build general contractor, Troop coordinated and managed the complete team, which included millworker, restaurant equipment vendor, golf simulator company, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing subcontractors.

Close partnering and open dialogue between the team and owner ensured this highly customized project was delivered on time and on budget and to complete owner satisfaction.

During construction, Troop performed construction management services and full‐time onsite construction supervision/quality control services.

Unique to this project was the coordination Troop performed between the golf simulator company (owner vendor) and the electrical subcontractor to ensure all specialized rough‐ins were accounted for and installed. We also provided assistance to the owner’s A/V vendor for installation of equipment.
