Definable features of work:​​​​

• All lighting was replaced/upgraded to new energy‐efficient fixtures (LED and T8)
• Removed all light switches and installed occupancy sensors throughout
• New carpet tile throughout (recycled old carpet)
• New paint throughout (no‐VOC paint used)
• New epoxy floor in restrooms (low‐VOC paint used)
• New interior framing/drywall
• Remove/replace concrete trough at entrance
• Removal and replacement of all exterior caulking at windows for better thermal performance

​Scope of Work:

Interior finishes renovation and energy‐efficient lighting retrofit of the complete 2‐story US Army Reserve Center (50,000 SF) and Operation Maintenance Shop (20,000 SF). Troop coordinated with all outside vendors and developed the energy efficient lighting retrofit specification and finishes upgrade material selection. Troop provided comprehensive general contracting services and onsite supervision for the project.

Note: Troop coordinated with the State of IL (DCEO) for a $45,000 rebate back to owner
