Scope of Work: This one‐week project was to refresh/renovate the existing Dominick's Exhibit with the new vendor: Whole Foods. Troop performed carpentry, painting, millwork, and installation of exhibits (manufactured by Whole Foods vendor). Onsite supervision and quality control was provided to ensure that the project met the one‐week duration and for coordination between the multiple project teams. In addition to the physical work onsite, Troop provided project management services during the design and procurement stages by working closely with the owner, Whole Foods, and outside vendors. Contract Value: $20,000 Architect reference available upon request. |
