Scope of Work: Prior to this construction and renovation to the Pet Vet Exhibit, the Kohl Children’s Museum never undertook a renovation project while keeping the rest of the facility operational. Dust and noise disturbance was of great concern to on‐going operations and health of all visitors. Troop was tasked to perform all the required work while maintaining minimal disturbance at all times. Troop set up full dust partitions and provided a 1200 cfm hospital grade HEPA Air Scrubber. After the protection was up, Troop performed the carpentry and mill work scope of work. Any noise activities were performed during off‐hours and dust partitions were checked daily for possible leaks. Onsite supervision and quality control was provided to ensure that the project maintained schedule and safety for all personnel and visitors. Troop received positive feedback to our attention to detail in maintaining safety and a dust‐free environment. Contract Value: $15,000 Architect reference available upon request. |
