​Scope of Work:

This design / build project included the removal of two existing boilers and a 400 gallon expansion tank. New work included installation of 8 new energy efficient hot water boilers and 2 new 200 gallon expansion tanks. In addion to the equipment work, all design documents and engineering were generated and submied for approval. Associated work included: replacing all existing piping in the mechanical room, new controls and equipment pads; asbestos removal; repair to the exisng roof to allow for the new vents; and all patch/repair of existing surfaces. All new controls were installed along with comprehensive commission of all new equipment.
