Scope of Work: Design‐Bid‐Build project consisting of Interior demolition and build out of existing spaces in City Hall to house the new combined Emergency Operations Center (EOC) for Police, Fire, and Public Works Departments. The EOC linked and combined communications from all departments into a centrally‐located tactical operations center. Since the new construction occurred in an unfinished location in City Hall, all new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough‐in systems were cut in and installed. Troop was the General Contractor and provided onsite supervision, quality control management, and project management. Value: $400,000.00 Architect reference available upon request. |
