Scope of Work: This Summer 2015 project consisted of complete interior demolition and new buildout of two large existing classroom areas. Area B was renovated to provide modern STEAM classrooms, a conference room, and support spaces. Area C was renovated to provide a unique and modern Learning Center consisting of an open space that supports three distinct educational environments along with ancillary Interaction Rooms and support spaces. Unique to this complete demolition and buildout project was a fast-paced schedule (summer months only), custom lighting and audio visual package, and specialty millwork. Due to the expedited schedule to complete all the work during the summer, Troop coordinated all procurement of long- lead items to ensure delivery in time to meet all project schedule milestones. Working closely with the owner, architect, and manufacturers during the submittal process and procurement ensured successful completion of the project on-time.
