Scope of Work: A new bank branch project consisted of 3200 SF interior tenant buildout along with a new structural steel drive‐thru canopy. After interior demolition, extensive rework to main façade was accomplished to install a new aluminum storefront/entryway along with larger exterior windows. 2 new bathrooms along with a staff lounge/ kitchenette were roughed‐in. Electrical rough‐in work consisted of typical power and data, but also included unique low voltage infrastructure for specialized banking equipment. All new modern interior finishes were installed along with custom millwork bank teller assemblies & work area cabinetry. Unique to this project was a new 2 lane drive thru & canopy that was created along the west side of the building. The scope of work consisted of site demo and new work, concrete foundations, structural steel, EIFS siding, roofing, and landscaping. Troop also brought our management acumen to the unique coordination with bank equipment vendors, e.g. pneumatic tubes and kiosk. Our tenacity and focus ensured successful installation without schedule delays or cost overruns. Contract Value: $540,680 Completion: 07/15/2016 Self‐Performance Work: 25%
