Scope of Work: 

Design build project, with a fast-track schedule, of a highly immersive high-tech interior renovation of Theater Space, Lobby, and Entry/Exit Corridors.  Troop provided comprehensive preconstruction services to include: design management, scheduling cost estimating/budget, value engineering, and constructability expertise. Troop was the general contractor and performed all onsite construction supervision and project management.
