Scope of Work: 

As a project manager under a separate prime contractor, Troop’s current personnel managed and coordinated the interior renovation build-out of a 4000 SF retail store as a design build project delivery. Preconstruction activities included design management, scheduling, cost estimating at each design phase, value engineering, constructability expertise, and project resourcing.
